Red RiceAnother alternative is the red rice, which is rarer than the other two. It can only be found in the Tibet, Himalayan Mountains, and some parts of India. Although its nutrient value is the closest to the brown rice, it’s also rich in antioxidants that are good for the heart and weight management.

Risks of cancer, allergy, and inflammation can be reduced when you eat red rice. It’s so healthy that it’s packed with calcium, manganese, and magnesium.
