Give up on having burgers and fries for lunch and instead consider having a healthy white bean soup which is again quick and easy to make. You could also eat salads with different variations like sweet potatoes, yellow squash, red bell peppers, cucumbers, red cabbage, and red onions and give up completely on oil or butter that you usually consume during lunch hours.
- Have dinner like a beggar
It is always advisable to completely avoid salt, oil or carbohydrates for dinner.Consider eating either steam, broil, or grill the fish or meat, instead of deep frying it, because it is so much healthier for you. Avoid any form of high calorie snack as it is only going to increase your fat intake.
Other healthy options
These are not the only foods that are going to help you to lose those extra pounds. You can also eat an egg white omelet for breakfast with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, or broccoli. Give up on fattening coffee and instead have a cup of cocoa. Switch to non-fat milk or soy-milk, during preparation and sugar substitutes, instead of actual sugar. Also have as much water as you can.
Green tea and Green coffee are also loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. It contributes to improved brain function and fosters fat loss.
By following a healthy diet you will be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle by cutting down on your calorie intake without compromising on the quantity of food you eat.
